Chairs
We appoint exceptional Chairs who understand the unique challenges of the Deep Tech sector. Combining strategic foresight and hands-on leadership, our Chairs inspire the next generation of Deep Tech pioneers and help to guide companies successfully along the Lab-to-Market journey.
Leadership Excellence for Deep Tech
Deep Tech Leaders recruits Chairs for venture-backed, Deep Tech spinouts and startups from some of the world’s leading universities and research institutions. For nearly all our appointments, these roles are separate from the role of Chief Executive. They are tasked with providing leadership at the board, in charge of ensuring the right perspectives, experience and skills around the table to support the leadership team and the company’s delivery of objectives. Chairs are expected to play a key role in fundraising, governance, and leadership recruiting. They also work closely with the leadership team to ensure identification and adoption of the right strategy, acting as a sounding board, coach and mentor along the way.
Below are examples of Chairs we’ve placed. Visit the Opportunities page to explore our available Deep Technology leadership roles.
