Chief Technology Officers

We recruit Chief Technology and Chief Scientific Officers who elevate and scale tech development, advancing projects from early to late-stage readiness. They craft strategic roadmaps, harmonise innovation with execution, and cultivate environments where exceptional work thrives.

CTOs for Deep Tech

Ideal technology leads are creative, versatile, comfortable with iteration, and not ideological about approach or technology. Like any scientist worth their salt, they’re guided by problem solving and the Scientific Method. But like any entrepreneur, they’re also focused on innovation and the delivery of a platform with the greatest potential of success.  It’s a delicate balance to strike.

But that is the nature of the challenge facing Deep Tech Technology Leaders that we recruit, who often enter the business during the Scaling phase of the lab to market journey.  Their backgrounds almost always include a blend of corporate and start-up experience, a finely tuned understanding of the integration required of product development and engineering, and the importance of quality, data capture, testing, and pace.

Below are examples of CTOs and CSOs we’ve placed.
