About Fraser Matthews:
Fraser Matthews is a seasoned business leader with over 25 years of experience, known for his ability to drive operational excellence and deliver transformative change in complex, global environments. As Global Head of Operations at DNAe, Fraser brings extensive expertise in business transformation, change management, and high-performance team building. Prior to joining DNAe, Fraser held numerous senior leadership roles, including at GlaxoSmithKline, where he led strategic and transformational initiatives across Asia, the Middle East, and North Africa, as well as managing global pharmaceutical operations. His career also includes significant contributions to healthcare at the Ministry of Health New Zealand, where he led clinical services.
